  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products or digital content
  • Custom or personalized items

Note: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. These items are eligible for return or exchange regardless of the above restrictions.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Wait for Authorization: We'll review your request and send you a return authorization and instructions within 24-48 hours
  3. Pack Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging if possible

  5. Track Your Return: Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number for your records

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

  • Changed Your Mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Defective or Damaged Item: We will provide a prepaid return label
  • Wrong Item Sent: We will provide a prepaid return label

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over €50.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

  2. Process your refund (2-3 business days after approval)
  3. Credit your original payment method (5-10 business days depending on your bank)

Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product:

  1. Return your original item following the return process above
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • Include your order number and description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe:

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs or import duties. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase.
